I remember meeting Emmalee at the dollar store. She was the cashier and she was so kind and easy to talk to. I kept seeing her whenever I went to the store and I always made sure to get in her checkout line. We continued seeing each other around and our friend groups overlapped. Things just developed from there!

Emmalee is so patient and kind with everyone she meets. She always knows how to push me when I need it and she is always up for a new adventure. Life with her is full of surprises and joy. 

 

Imagination and Inclusion

 

Emmalee always has an idea brewing and is happy to share it with everybody! One thing that initially caught my interest was how welcome she made me feel. I was always invited to join in no matter what the activity was. She loves to include people and she loves to be included. Whether it's an idea for a trip, game, or activity she is always ready, restless, and hungry for whatever comes next! ​
